Without our volunteers we would not exist.
Should you believe in our motto, "Building Relationships" then maybe you
have a future with The Family Center.
Teaching
Everyone is an expert at something! Why not pass
your expertise off to someone else! Quilting, computer science, fly
fishing and photography are just a few samples of the types of
instruction we have offered at TFC.
Maintenance
By far the most volunteerism The Family Center
has received is/was the hundreds of people who helped restore the
building from a burned out shell to what it is today. There were mission
groups from North Carolina, Pennsylvania and of course The World
Servants who came from all over. Young Life and Richwood High School
Clubs were there, also. And then the scores of individuals who came down
to do everything from putting in the heating system to cleaning the
floors. And they're still coming!
